Recently, on an email group I belong to, someone asked how to quilt a Tumbling Blocks quilt that was hand pieced. I suggested the Continuous Curve technique for the quilting. Below are the stitching sequences I would use to stitch this quilt.

Note: There was a photo of this quilt, but I was unable to use it for the following illustrations. I recreated the quilt using EQ5 and the colors are similar to the original quilt.
